You should try a multi-effect processor like the Tc Electronics M-One wich has a lot of combination.

The Tc M-One has a good reverbs sounds.
You can regulate all the parameters
And finaly you can use it on your home studio

As always great advices, I love to hear of others players experiences and favorites...anyway, before getting a "real" fretless I had the opposite problem: playing fretless lines over a fretted bass (I hadn't the cash!). As FretLessSince68 said, it's very difficult or almost impossible making a fret...

I want spam gone forever, but I wish there was a way to preserve the freedom (not likely). It is unfortunate that this is even an issue here on FretlessBass.com

It's a good alternative to defret basses when it's difficult to afford a fretless bass (even 6 strings )

Personaly I enjoy playing on Ampeg amps, or Crate (the old models BX series)

Unfortunately I don't have yet a fretless bass

I'm so quiet, I know I will find the good one
