i'm ready for another bass book, unless somebody recommends one i was thinking of reread Rufus Ried's Evolving Bassist...
my copy was in the bag when my upright got stolen and see now it comes with a DVD.
I'd like a book that focused on Left Hand Technique-position playing or Learnig to Sight read.
A couple books i've learned alot from are
Rufus Ried's...
Ray Brown's Bass Method (also stolen with the upright)
Standing in the Shadow of Motown w/ Jamerson's lines and the non-chromatic exercise is a must.
The Bass Grimoire (it's more of a scale refrence but great if you need a practice tool)
feel free to ask me about the books i've mentioned and share titles that have helped you.
