New here just purchased a Fender Jazz 24 and after noodling with it for a couple weeks had it neutered. Havent strung it up yet.
I began playing bass back in 71 or so on my friends 67 Fender Jazz.
A year or so later I got to play a bass players fretless when he was visiting another friend. Think he was touring with the Stones as part of the opening act. I sat there most of the nite plucking on it with no amp. I have wanted one ever since. At that point in time didnt even own a bass untill a year later or so just used my friends jazz bass 2 to 4 hours a nite for another year or so.
I like all types of music but blues and jazz are my favorites.
Currently own 2 other basses one of the very early Stingrays purchased new and a Stu Hamm Urge II also purchased new.
Hope to find and or recieve good info on here as I set up the Jazz 24.
